Anyone, Isn't AMAT's PE of 50 getting pretty high? Isn't it overextended up here at $104? Will their next earnings report bring the PE ratio back to a more reasonable level? Is this current valuation just due to the cyclical nature of the industry? Are the recent mumblings from Greenspan and Germany worrying any AMAT holders? Doesn't it seem very vulnerable at this level?

Buy low sell high, right? I bought at $26 about 14 months ago when AMAT had a PE of about 12, I think. If possible I'd like to hold for at leat 18 months due to new tax laws, but would ratther take profits and pay taxes than not. Glad I didn't get scared out at $50, $60, or $70. Should I sell all or part of my position now, or is this trend going to continue for reasons I'm not aware of?

Any information or input would be appreciated.

Joe D.
