I am sure they are just getting in for another kick ass quarter. Growth speaks in this market and VTCH is answering. This is a US-based company, regulated under the SEC, so questions of legitimacy to me are unwarranted. As long as they continue to grow, I am in(ie, the stock goes up). Good luck all.
