I was trying to sugar coat Trimm's credibiility. He has no credibility with me. I am a very frustrated long shareholder. Unless their is a quick suprising turnaround (doubtful), the class action lawsuit is around the corner. As for the patents I have the same feeling that the gorilla's have called CCUR's bluff and they do not know what to do now. I am sticking around for the silver lining (see The Ox post)down the road just because it will not really help my situation on tax loss selling. I am tempted to call Investor Relations but am sure I would not learn anything. Zeke
