These posts were from a couple of A@P boards by other posters. Although I disagree with the personal attack in the Patchie post and the use of vulgarity, there is much in there raising valid issues of fair enforcement, hypocrisy, censorship, etc. In particular, is a convicted felon really controlling a message board as Jeff Mitchell seems to be claiming, perhaps with his assistance and input?
It's as on topic here as it is on the A@P board.

Actually, it was Tony himself that banned you (via the moderator), not SI Dave. It would an incorrect assumption that there is no active participation by those two people. For the record, I've asked that you be unbanned, but it's not my call.
Placing blame on people for something they did not do and for reasons that are pure guesswork are why you have so little credibility here.

FYI, both Floyd and I did ask Tony, who does actively monitor this thread, to reinstate Patchie. He said there are many other places on SI where he can voice his opinion (and exercise his right to free speech) and therefore adamantly declined to do so. His question for Patchie (which I'm paraphrasing) is if the government's case was so strong, why did they feel the urgent need to try him in NYC and continually bring up 9-11?

I have been banned from this board and banned from SI permanently. After accusing SI Dave of banning me from this board (something he has prior history of doing) he has decided to pull my ticket completely. The rules of SI are clear, the administrators have free reign on censorship and anybody at any given point in time can be censored. Certain privileged members here can attack and be accusatory with SI-Dave taking actions but do the same and he will respond. Dave himself showing his true colors of cowardice because I called him a pussy.
From all I can guess, I was banned from this thread for challenging the integrity of Anthony Elgindy. Nobody ever tells you exactly why, they just ban you. Yes the convicted criminal is banning people, or using his henchmen to ban people who challenge his integrity. How ironic that a jailbird has such power over people.
As for what this really stands for is crystal clear.
Most on this board berate, ridicule, and get outright nasty at Patrick Byrne for what you all have called his attempts at silencing critics. In his case he is protecting his company. Well folks now the rubber meets the road.
Your hero (SI-Dave’s hero) has banned me from the board followed by a bar from SI by SI-Dave to silence a critic. Elgindy only wants his opinions heard and SI-Dave and others have acted out his requests. In this case, you are silencing one that would prevent you from manipulating stocks and others.
I knew I would eventually win this battle with all the crooks and criminals that still frequent this service and today was my victory party. The pressure to silence me was so strong that my thoughts and opinions have been stricken from the record. Anthony Elgindy and SI could no longer have me voicing dissention against their crimes.
I challenge any one of you cowards to prove me wrong. Who does admin this site? Who does this individual report to? Certainly the rumors of this being Jeff are supported by the private communications and postings Jeff places on behalf of Elgindy. Don’t count on Jeff owning up to it though; he doesn’t have it in him.
Best to all who have supported me in the past, I wish you success. I would urge you to pick up where I left off and to go after the system with full vengeance.
To the other brain dead clan here; I wish you the due course you deserve. As you use these threads to manipulate markets just remember people are watching.
Remember supporting this ban on me makes you a hypocrite if you ever challenge Patrick Byrne again. Today a critic was silence and by staying silent on it it brings out the true colors of those here.
