I think this is a great buy so I did at 20. Sales soft in Q3. OK. But if you included the 9mill sales would be flat from Q2. Gross margins are 12-13%. It seems they have costed out some of the 9 mill into Q3. 62 Mill x.12=7.440 gross profit for Q3 less 3mill SGA=4.4mill less ..4mill interest=4mill before taxes. They are indicating a .5mill loss so there is 4.5 mill costing out on the 9mill in sales not booked which is backloaded into Q4. If the 9 mill had shipped then Q3 would have been similar to Q2 or about .38 cents a share. Now Q4 should be substantially higher especially if revenues rebound which I would hope for. Jeff am I correct? Paul what do you think? You got your 20%.
