Haven't seen any insider selling for the past 6 months (and I seem to recall not since 2006).. But management's been "acquiring" by having the BOD grant them options. finance.yahoo.com Don't know if it's just a "P&D", but the chart looks good and it appears someone's backing the stock with money flow. I don't vouch for the fundamentals of the company.. I just look at the technicals for a trade.. Hawk
