It seems to me that the company should institute a buyback of stock. They could get an immediate 25%+ return on their recent sale of stock. Not only get a great return but it would also send a message to the market that the stock is way too cheap.

Then again, maybe insiders are just looking to get more cheap options, the lower the stock goes. They may not care that the stock's in the crapper.
