Rudi: Here is the link biz.yahoo.com Market is taking it positive because they suspect that something is happening. The present Mgmt team is an interim one and there is no news of Verity interviewing any candidate. Now CFO is leaving. There is no new announcement as to the new CFO. Normally this is the posture of a company that will be acquired. Probably that could happen soon. Regards Kumar
