From another lurker, for what its worth. The price in % equity seem extremely high to me for exclusive rights. I'm not sure what the long term plans are regarding this. The rights for use of the process seem VERY encouraging. Only time will tell what $$$ is extricated from the ground and transferred to us but Naxos is surely giving a signal that the science can be demonstrated in a relatively short period of time. If the process works as well as implied in the previous results the recovery hurdle which I feared could have taken "2 more decades" could be right around the corner. Don't own any pom poms but I may be in the pom pom market soon. Steve
