Obviously at their higher marginal rates (66% tax rates) you get more of that type of effect, but its not something that suddenly appears at some high rate. The higher the rate the more you get that effect (people leaving the country, or just not working as hard for extra wages)

One thing that does help Demark is that they have a lower corporate tax rate (28%). In the US you have as high as a 39% federal rate (with most corporate income taxed at 35%), plus any possible state taxes (I don't really know any details about state corporate taxes, does anyone here have relevant info?)
