If the dollar drops and oil moves up against the seasonals
on all that cash, I would not expect this rally to last into
Spring. That said, assets are collateral for all these loans,
so pushing them up is the first priority for the PPT, which
they can do through devaluation of the dollar, provided
that the rates stay low. I
guess just borrow tons of cash at low fixed rates, then get it
into stocks and stuff. The best investment strategy in global
Weimarization. Being on fixed income is the worst one. <g>

When LT rates move higher, most likely, we'll have a BK of
sorts. By that I mean ONCE they are high. As they move higher
from here, the markets will rally. -g-
