I think SF child welfare's silence about the children brought along to attend the Folsom St Fair which featured lots of naked people walking around, beating one another and having unsafe sex in public is in fact a pretty strong statement.

There was a newspaper story featuring two gay guys who brought their small adopted daughters to that affair, decked out in leather with dog collars around their necks. Could it be that no one in the local child welfare dept read the story?
