"Fox and Limbaugh have "admitted" the media overall is pro-Bush."

Your reading and analytical skills seems to be limited. You tend to consistently read stuff that isn't there.

In this case, both Fox News and Rush have admitted to having a pro-administration and/or pro-Republican bias. Actually, they have made stronger statements than that.

"BTW there's little reason for confidence in anything our intel agencies say."

Ok. Then why have them?

You realize, of course, that this does not reflect well on Bush. I mean, effective intel agencies are the single most important area for national security. Because if you don't know what is going on, it is impossible to make effective plans. And if they are so messed up, that is a management problem of the worst kind.
