The market is simplistic (not meant perjoratively). Very few casual observers will understnad the significance of the announcement. It will just appear to be a licensing agreement. You have to be fairly well tuned in to the Naxos story for the news to mean anything. I know of at least three people who watch the Naxos story and are well aware of the implications who bought additional shares this morning. It will take time for others to become aware. Patience.

I have also noted several comments on the size of the package. It certainly caught my eye. It might help to think of the package not as an individuals compensation or a license but to think of it as an acquisition. This is a technology that will have implications beyond Franklin Lakes. Naxos' acquisition of the ongoing rights to this process will have an additive effect. This is a significant potential expansion of Naxos.
