There has to be some sort of explanation, especially since it busted through considerable resistance at 19. Either 1) there's news that hasn't hit the wire, 2) some sort of preliminary earnings have leaked out to an inside circle ("whisper numbers"), or 3) someone has initiated coverage. It's kind of hard to think that a single fund has taken a position this size, buying in hard enough to run the price up past the resistance, in a stock that's trading under $20, but it's possible. It's a matter of liquidity for big funds.
