So, you think without this manipulation, we'd be in recession now, or soon? Do you think W can spring a HOPE plan every month or week and have it sell?

Do you think the "independent, deficit hawk" Ben Bernanke will agree to rate cut after rate cut with the dollar dropping further with every one? Ben's going to be there when the NEXT President takes over and beyond. With "Easy Al's" reputation going down daily, he might take a different course.
