Fortunately, I'm not in my car anywhere near as often as I was prior to retirement. Even then, I'd never initiate a cell call while on the street. If a call came in, I'd have the caller hold while I found a safe place to get off the street.

A real cell phone danger are the nuts who "text" while driving. It's bad enough to talk and keep your eyes on the road, but that can't be done while texting.
