Frank,
Excuse my ignorance. Are we going to get 1 of MVPH for every 3 of PRTI and are they going to be added to PRTI or will we have MVPH shares that I need to add to my portfolio? If so, the certificates will be mailed? I have many shares of PRTI and if I am going to get 1 for 3 of MVPH at .18 that is a substantial gain. Could you help with my ignorance?
