My Dem friends are appalled, sickened. I haven't talked to any of our gay friends, but feel safe in saying they would be disgusted AND furious. This isn't about gays; it's about perversion and stupidity in a world that has lost touch with healthy common sense. What sucks is that of course it gets all connected to the gay issues, undoing all the work the stable, conservative gays have done slowly and quietly. Where are the Dem and stable, conservative gays expressing this? I only see us "afraid of sex" prudish "wingers" saying anything about it at all. There are loads of gays in that city, so where are the stable, conservative ones calling for stopping this stuff?
