Goldcorp Red Lake mine - 184 oz/ton gold not highest grade -

Richard Wank wrote to us last week to say that the
184 ounces per ton (6,307.53 g/t) of gold reported
last week was not the highest grade intersected
from the depths of GOLDCORP's Red Lake gold mine
in northwest Ontario.

"Actually, they had a hole that was even better than that.
If you look at Slide 25 in the November 2007 exploration
update side package on the Goldcorp website, you'll see
the following hole:
184 oz over 28 ft including 839 oz over 6 ft!"

For the metrically inclined, that's a
whopping 28,760 g/t Au over 1.83 metres.
