Yes Zoro, I was impressed with the ease with which Hal presented the company's vision. Impressive ... especially considering he had trouble getting at the very beginning as was kinda rushed on the scene.

Personally here's what I as an investor take away.

1. On the OTCBB within a month ... as an aside I also heard from someone at the company when I called asking for info on this conference that TDON has hired a PR firm. The Investment Group out of New York. A move I applaud as they will no longer be asking either Hal or Michael from Unicap to be wasting their time with investor relations. I heard this was done about 2 weeks ago. Hal had told me before it would happen and I applaud his focus ... as for the OTCBB ... based on company direction ... it will only be a matter of time before the company moves to even more senior exchanges and will as they qualify ... but first things first.

2. A most important decision was made immediately upon arriving by Hal. Freeing the scientists to do add the most value that they can to the company. Letting them be scientists and not businessmen. Changes were made immediately as they were splitting time doing both prior. The co now has patent protection around the world for 5 significant scientific achievements.

3. Prototype. Time line clearly defined. We've concretely heard now that they expect to having a working prototype of the modulator in 2nd Q 08' and to be selling them by late 09'. It is what it is. They will be in this business primarily as a means to getting cash flow positive to move the company toward more significant potential. (Truth is ... this alone will make the company worth a fortune compared to where it is now. It is the end result of many company's efforts like LMRA, etc. - but is only the tip of the iceburg for TDON)

4. The more significant stuff ... they target market of fiber to the home. Basically they figure it will be something that everyone will "have to have". At a cost of about 500 dollars a pop, TDON will be able to make it a reality, will be able to make for an all optical internet that will be able to do things we have never imagined. Revolutionary and a 300 billion dollar market built out in 10 years or 30 billion dollar a year market. TDON technology will make it possible.

5. Government apps, private sector apps. Think on this ... voice recog. apps ... video recognition apps that could become possible because of the power of processors to run 1000 times faster than the fastest processor in the present etc.

6. LCD's the ability to transform and revolutionize every LCD made (don't ask me to make sense of how he explained it) including making them much cheaper he said. From IPhones to big screen TV's and everything in between. Just a 63 billion dollar a year market.

Well that's all ... not much really.

Now here's what I really take away. I am a show me kind of person ... but this stock is seriously worth the kind of consideration of some stocks that you buy, go to sleep on for 5 years, and the reevaluate later. I imagine in the next few years this company will go through some violent swings. Hal made comparison to how Intel started out in a similar manner, making a product to get to the real product that they now make. I believe we have a CEO who is not shooting with a shot gun to see what sticks, but a laser beam who sees the future and has a plan to work toward it. The presentation this year was markedly different than it was last year under different management. You become intrigued by technology, you buy and hold because of a leaders ability to effect change. My TDON shares have just become unsellable for a few years barring change in management. And I will be adding along the way.

Best to all,

Jp
