Yes-hold your horses-there is plenty of upside to the puppy-
Rumour has it that a MAJOR Oil & Gas company has conneceted to the Blue Dolphin pipeline system in the Gulf! This stock could easily run up from here on any decent news! Besides, I understand they are very active recently in the exporation area-maybe they hit a gusher?
