Does anyone on this thread know what percentage of SNDK Seagate now owns (it was increased by some amount not too long ago)? And does anyone know off-hand the details of their agreement with SNDK concerning a buy out, by either SEG or a third party? I know that there were some options and restrictions that they mutually agreed to, and can recall reading these things several years ago, but can neither recall the details nor which filing I read them in.
