Wouldn't have mattered, Tebow is the media's clean cut wonder boy. McFadden is only a black kid, who after breaking his toe in a bar fight, turned himself around only to be screwed by popularity polls.

McFadden got screwed and next year will show Tebow was a flash in the pan.
