No, no pool at this house. Loved my pool at the old house but really don't want the upkeep of another one. My husband has a design in mind for what he invisions for the backyard and we've accomplished half of it. We got rid of the old sliding glass doors going from the house to the backyard. We got those pela doors that have the shades inbetween the glass. We also replaced the sliding doors going from the breakfest room to the solarium with the same doors. Relocated a water and gas line so we could have an natural gas grill or an outdoor kitchen. My husband came up with a design for the decking. He takes up approx. 2/3rds of the backyard, has very nice flow and also provides a solution to the drainage problem we have been having since moving in a year ago July. He's had 8 tons of flagstone grouted to the concrete deck he designed. They were suppose to be finished the week after Thanksgiving but ran into a small problem. The two pallets of stone had to go back. One pallet was too thick, the other was too smooth.

My backyard has been a mess since the week before Thanksgiving. I've had workmen in and out of the house for close to three weeks.
