There is something. I would bet that they missed earnings last quarter and don't want to miss again. Nonetheless, it is moving. New coverage is a good possibility--Vitech needs more analysts to push it. I think the stock will do well until the company decides it's time for a secondary offering, which will eventually happen, then we will see another good buying opportunity. You are right...breaking 19 is a good sign.
