I don't consider my "standard of living" to be particularly important; it appears what kind of automobile one has in one's driveway is your measure of who has it good and who doesn't, makes no difference to me. No reason to believe the existence of the guy with the Ferrari is any different than mine.

And I don't care how he got the thing; bought it with hard earned wages, inherited it, stole it ... what possible difference does it make?
