No housing price drop here in Brazil.I am in Guarapari Brazil at this time turning my beach house into a restaurante.The place next to me would have gone for 80K in 1999.The retired airforce pilot who owns it put it up for 1 million and had about 5 people interested including a Chinese business man who offered asking price.He then raised price to 1.5 million
