I've been having problems with my right hip. Actually, this has been coming on very slowly for a couple years. I go for weeks, even a month, sometimes with no awareness, then it flares up. Lately, the pain wakes me up. Yesterday, I remembered I have some DMSO handy and gave my hip a good rub with it. Did it again before going to bed and slept through the night. I've given it a rub again this morning as it's slightly uncomfortable. Does anyone have info on this "solvent"? I've used it off and on for years, especially on joints, and it always seems to help "some".
