The seller can sell or not sell at any given price, it's his decision, he is in control. WTF is so complicated? If you told a home owner who bought in this latest real estate bubble whose job moved across the country that he was in control of the price of the house he just put on the market, you'd be lucky to get away with just the eye roll I'm giving you right now. If you told him in person, you'd be lucky to get away with just a black eye. <g>
