Flows have jumped higher on Mississippi Canyon in the federal offshore area and have increased to a lesser degree on Garden Banks and Destin. Texas onshore flows also have made gains since late last week, particularly on Tetco. Total offshore production is up 4% compared to the December 2006 average and total Gulf production is up 3% month to date from Dec.
