Yes, I agree and I think the key is your doctor told you to avoid soy. He knows you and your history so that says a lot IMHO. BTW, my daughter-in-law came over today and she had one of the muffins I posted. This batch I made with prunes and walnuts. She raved about them and said she was going to make them for the family for she knew there were a lot of good things in there plus while they had a sweet taste, they weren't too sweet. Lexi
