This is an interesting product 2 TB HD Tivo weaknees.com But its too expensive, and I imagine I'd be very upset losing 2TB of video if the hard drive crashes. I really wish I could easily backup and restore files to and from my Tivos without having to do some complex hack. Edit - Also apparently it doesn't work with DirecTV. Its not just that its no a DirecTivo with an integrated reciever, apparently I can't even use it with a set top box - "This unit will not work with DirecTV or DISH Network feeds or set top boxes."
