I didn't "jump" from 68 to 70... I just did not think I had to cite every year...jeeeeez, it sure is hard to talk to you pinheads. and as far as your figures, all you have to do is look at the time line. If there was a little spike in troops in early '69, it is probably a safe bet that the troops sent in were given orders when Johnson was the President as these things don't happen overnight. After that little spike, Nixon drew down the troops. You are just mule headed to think otherwise.
