I still think odds of a 13D filing are big. Not sure about HP, just a guess. A possibility is HP buying stock in open market to support company. They just did 10 year agreemnent which means VERTEL/HP in bed together for a long time. This means downside protected by HP buyout if RETX gets in trouble. All this will be unfolding at NMF conference Oct 28-30. The HP deal is much bigger than Wall Street has put in the stock now. This will lead to much larger deals/partnerships with VERTEL. Will distance Vertel from DSET and ISR. Sunview is only real competitiion in their space. It's possible for VERTEL to have blowout Q4 now. If so look for IPO plans to be accelerated. Alot is unknown even to mgt. of Vertel and it's all going to unfold in the next 30-45 days Vertel web page has links to NMF forum. Good info there to give clues on what/when they will annouce.
