HLSYF.ob is beyond the 120million market cap but I think it has great potential. It is a blank check corporation that was formed to go find a Chinese company to merge into the shell.

They have recently purchased a Chinese industrial automation company. They did $101million in sales last year with 15.8 comprehensive income. There were 6.4 million in merger related expenses. This company specializes in control systems. They are the only Chinese company qualified to install nuclear power plant control systems. Siemens and Mitsubishi are the other two authorized by the Chinese government to provide these control systems. China is going to build hundreds of nuclear power plants this century. HLSYF will have the inside track. They had a backlog at fye 6/30/07 of 100 million. This summer they announced another 120million in contracts including work on the first five Chinese nuclear power plants.

You can hear their story by viewing this presentation they did at a recent Roth Capital conference.

I think this is a long term winner. They are in the right sector that will grow regardless of boom/bust in China. Nuclear power plants are long term projects that need to proceed in China for them to survive. Their power grid is terrible and they know it. In addition, the government has mandated subway and rail systems in all their big cities to reduce air pollution. HLS provides these systems also but has much more competition.
