When you give a politician the power to seize your property, there is no limit to what they can decide. They are your elected representatives, and you already gave them the power. You are taxed every minute of everyday, if you are driving or making a phone call or air conditioning or heating your house or earning money or buying a Starbucks. Get over it. If you don't like it go work for Intel someplace where there are no taxes.
