Greetings to everybody interested in Naxos:

First of all, I am NOT a short seller.

I very much would like to see NXR follow the path of Bre-X, but after the trading has been halted for nearly a full quarter, I am starting to wonder.

Here are a few questions that kept my mind busy the last few days:

1.) It is true that an independent lab (Ledoux) has confirmed Naxos’ own assay results. BUT: Did Ledoux themselves extract the samples or did they just receive a sample by courier?
2.) Why was there a problem with the "custody of samples" at the latest assay test required by the Alberta Stock Exchange? Innocent mistake, or is there more behind this?
3.) Does anybody REALLY understand Dr. Davis’ assay method? And more importantly, is there a reliable (and affordable!) recovery method out there that yields the same results as the lab test?

Maybe somebody can share his or her view on this.

Thanks,

Kurt Reschner
