Even in your ideal of a corruption-less government, a society where the majority helps itself to the wealth of the rich minority cannot sustain itself.

This is hilarious. The reality is exactly the opposite of what you describe. The rich are getting richer at the expense of the poor......and this has been going on for decades.

The last few years have been real eye openers for me. I never quite got why so many Americans had turned to the communist party during the 1930s. I figured they were desperate. While that may have been part of it, there was another element to their move. We know that capitalism had failed the American worker miserably. But it also had to do with their clearer view of how the rich had taken advantage of them while putting everyone in the toilet .......in their greed they had screwed the country's economy so badly that it was nearly a fatal blow. And the rich knew their cover had been blown. America was a wealthy country but very little of that wealth had dribbled down to the masses. That had to change some and the rich knew it. So one of their own, FDR, came into power and he made sure a little more of the wealth got down to the lower classes.

And while that continued to remain true after WW II, it soon began to change. As each decade has passed, more of that wealth has gone back to the upper 5%. During that time, they have recruited people like you to defend their claim.

Well, Ten, its a new day......the rich are not carrying their load and they need to be. So please stop with the sad songs about the poor trying to steal the money of the rich. That has never been really true except in Robin Hood fables. As a kid, you were always rooting for the rich king?
