Net cash imo is: Total cash & equivalents minus all liabilities. If you start using accounts payable and inventory to cover liabilities, you cannot claim that it's "net cash", since they are not cash equivalents and in the worst case they are worthless.

However, net current assets = current assets minus all liabilities

So, you can say that SGTL trades at net current assets, but I dispute the claim that it trades at net cash.
