Hi John, -For many, the opening of the apple store is THE rock concert event of a lifetime !! I'll only wait in line for Celtics tickets !! -As I ponder the two Dell laptops I'm about to order, along with the new desktop early next year, my girlfriend asked why I just don't get an apple. I told her that I've known nothing other than Windows for so many year, and that's what I'm used to. Her response was, "apples are so intuitive !" -I got yesterday VERY VERY right, for a change ! Was betting on a big pullback with a 25 basis announcement. The week prior was selling short lots of SPY, IWM call options getting portfolio delta VERY negative. With the VIX still relatively high was able to pull in lots of premium with out of money calls. Covered most yesterday afternoon after the announcement.....glad I did, futures way up after further fed liquidity action announcement this morning. cheers, g
