Re moving averages: users.tuna.net I'm hardly an expert, but the chart's message looks mixed. INDV is pretty clearly in a downtrend, which isn't so hot. On the other hand, it's looking oversold, which, should good news arrive, may translate into a run-up. Before earnings let's hope we don't penetrate 4 3/4 support, since after that it's a big gap downward whispering "Fill me!" But I doubt we'll see that. On a technical basis (again, I'm new to this), it looks like we're accumulating. A close back in the 5 1/2 range would be real nice. Please add to or correct the analysis (assuming the chart shows up on my site; I tested it, and it came up okay). Good luck, Jon
