Cheney is the master rat, the most evil one. He is like Bush's evil fat uncle who he sould his soul to. Cheney will go down in history as the biggest crook ever to hold power in US history. He has single-handedly cost this country trillions of dollars. If not for him, you see, GW Bush wouldn't even know what to do. Or he would listen to his much more honest and sensible father. But he has never done that. He only listens to Cheney and Rumsfeld, as well as the Saudis.
