Hi Rob, Too many unknown factors for me to comment on why now or why at all. My initial speculation is that he may have wanted to move on before the merger but agreed to stay on to keep both companies happy during the transition. Maybe HRS didn't like the progress of HSTX and quietly ask him to move on? finance.yahoo.com
