Insiders/ management are selling 600,000 of their 6 million share position. Since many top execs get options in lieu of salary, consider it a payday for them, not a lack of belief in the firm. After the sale, they still hold quite a cache. Major shareholder, Warburg Pincus is selling 4.8 million shares or 15% of its stake. They will still hold 25.5 million of 193 million total shares outstanding. They say the sale is to recoup thier original investment. They are letting the rest ride, which is quite impressive.
