Greenspan took the rates down to 1%. It's been discussed that Bernanke will match him before it's over. At .25% each time he still has 13 more shots. Hopefully he'll do .50% a few times as well and we'll get down to 1% right about election day next year. Funny how that works, the best loans are available right when we go to vote. Gary
