**Institutional Investors** are there any in Ballard currently? Maybe this will attract some mutuals. Does anyone have the trading data? What kind of blocks, if any, have been going through for the past week. I still am having an extremely hard time understanding the extreme jump in price. On the two 3 point jumps it seemed the buying was early and then dried up, not so today, but still it doesn't make a lot of sense. What to Do???
