Yes LDK has gone through some interesting accounting brew ha ha recently and an independent auditor is reporting in a few days. They should come out of it ok. They make the silicon wafers that go into silicon based PV's. Qcells is a German company doing roughly the same thing. Neither company makes the finished PV's though. My favorites in the PV space in order are.. First Solar and then Sunpower.
