I think there has been a great deal of manipulation in these markets to get them going after the bubble of 2000 collapsed. Since 2002 it grew bigger and bigger. Thus, if it does not fail, we'll see these markets higher. If it does fail, we may see a swift spectacular 50% BK. I'm seeing more of that today, so I covered my short at breakeven. -g- A major banking crisis is going on, worse than S&L crisis, and one that we have not seen since the Great Depression. I think that should justify some selling in the stock market, at least 20%, but these forces are holding these markets. Since there are no other buyers, when Biggs takes these forces to the cleaners, there will be a market crash. I don't think it is possible to time that event, but that's how this bull market should end, IMHO. Either that, or these same forces short the market -ggg- |
