Liberalism was and still is great-great patriotic movement filled with honest, caring Americans fighting for their rights against the big corporations, racism, war profiteers, corruption, the robber baron class, etc. Liberalism may be an out of date term, as we have progressed a lot since its advent, but the roots of liberalism are proud and righteous. Everything they have ever stood up for has turned out to b e the right way to do. They have made mistakes like any other movment, but if you are a liberal or progressive as we now call them, you should be 100% proud. Meanwhile what happened to all the real conservatives? Very few to be seen. The Bush GOP is not conservative at all. They conserve nothing and borrow and spend like there is no tomorrow, which if we let them rule again there might not be. They are perfectly content to rob us blind and flush 95% of us down the toilet. Including gullible suckers like you who actually believe they give a damn about you and your problems.
